Shabbat

Your phone rests from Friday 8 PM to Saturday 8 PM.

Shabbat blocks every app on your phone for 24 hours, except calls and the few apps you choose. During that time the app shows a quiet black screen. An emergency button you hold for 10 seconds lets you out at any time.
